For people that know me, they know that one of my favourite room is the kitchen. Why? because I love cooking and food, but most important is the way that food connects people. The kitchen, though is not only a place where to prepare food but is a room that, if designed well, will make us leave better in terms of how we use the space we use the storage and we socialize.
Also, for me is important to enjoy the moment of food preparation, and of course there is all type of food but my aim is to cook healthy food that makes us feel better.

As a businesswoman and mother, there is so much to do every single day and I found myself with no much energy. Hence I have decided to change something and I have recently attended some cooking classes at Joy With Joy, I honestly discover a new way to see food.
