The client specified an industrial, contemporary aesthetic as part of the brief. Crittall-style windows and doors and statement lighting set the industrial scene. Because the rooms are spacious and bathed with light, we introduced dark and interesting hues to balance the airy, fresh feel that suffuses the house. The dark tones are teased throughout the property to achieve a harmonious flow.

The heart of the home is the statement multi-functional open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, which was designed to ease effortlessly from one space to another, with threads of teals and blacks providing cohesiveness. Texture and hints of pattern are introduced throughout the interior to imbue each room with its own personality.
