The layout was meticulously designed so as to connect to the outdoors, where the beautiful garden features a fountain, external fireplace and seating area. The focus of the home is the generous open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, where modern black-framed bifold doors open onto the garden and bathe the room in natural light.

Each space in the open plan area is cleverly zoned to delineate the different functions. The dining space overlooks the garden, with glazing on two sides, providing an almost alfresco eating experience when the doors are open and extending the sense of space. Contemporary banquettes provide comfortable and practical seating for family meals, with bold teal mid-century style dining chairs injecting sophistication, while a cross leg dining table coalesces style and functionality.

Facing the garden, we created an elegant drinking area with a bespoke drinks cabinet to allow the clients to relax and enjoy the view. The large kitchen area with its modern, clean lined cabinetry, features a generous island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Pops of bold teals and blues punctuate the otherwise restrained palette, with a large jewel-hued sofa denoting the TV area in the open-plan space and providing cohesiveness with the dining chairs. The neutral theme interspersed with bold blues and teals is continued upstairs, evoking a carefully curated, harmonious scheme.
